Cost of HerpKeeper Packages!

Hi,

A bit difficult to post to the HerpKeeper Forum. It would appear that posting there hasn't been enabled?

What will be the cost of the AP1 probe alone?

Will early adopters who purchase the HerpKeeper "Basic" package, be able to add the components found in the HK Plus and NET packages without incurring additional cost by adding them individually later? In other words, if I spend $99 now for the Basic, and then add the AP1 probe and the NET module later, will I be spending more than the HK NET package price of $269?

Thanks, this is an important point to me. Perhaps early adopters should actually be encouraged to pre-order in some manner??!!

To answer your question...

The pre-order for the systems that are pre-packaged with the items you mentioned (AP1 and NET,) will begin in the coming month or so as all we're waiting on is the AP1 enclosure.

That said, yes you can add the modules you wish at any time to the system. The AP1 has a target MSRP of $79.99, and the NET list price is $119.99.

There is a discount if you purchase the system prepackaged if in fact you're looking for that setup. That's why we do it. There are many that want to build their own custom controller so we have the "Basic" package that allows just that.
