WARRANTY/SERVICE PROGRAM

Note: Digital Aquatics is the property of Dynon Instruments which does business as Digital Aquatics. Reference to either name is considered equal.

Customer Responsibilities:
In an effort to offer this new level of service we ask that customers keep the following things in mind. Doing so can greatly expedite your service and possibly save you money and/or time.

• All customers are required to provide a copy of their sales receipt whether the purchase was made directly from Digital Aquatics or from an Authorized Dealer. Any time a copy of the receipt can not be provided the system is considered “out of warranty.”

• Customers requesting warranty service must acquire an RMA number before sending/shipping anything to Digital Aquatics.

Warranty Chart: (Outlines the different warranties that individual products carry)

Control Systems:
Carry a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturers defects.

Modules:
Carry a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturers defects.

Probes:
DA Temperature Probes: 1 year limited warranty against manufacturers defects.
Other DA probes: 90 day warranty against manufacturers defects.

This does not cover damage such as a broken tip or other damage that is caused by misuse/abuse, intentional or accidental.

Accessories:
All other items/accessories carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturers defects unless otherwise noted.

General Warranty Notes:
Warranties are non transferable; used/second-hand equipment does not carry a manufacturers warranty!
• Only Digital Aquatics authorized personnel or service centers can provide warranty services.
• Non-Warranty: Non-Warranty is defined as any service that is not covered by Digital Aquatics. The cost of non-warranty service or work is the responsibility of the customer.
