WARRANTY/SERVICE PROGRAM
Note: Digital Aquatics is the property of Dynon Instruments which does business as Digital Aquatics. Reference to either name is considered equal.
Customer Responsibilities:
In an effort to offer this new level of service we ask that customers keep the following things in mind. Doing so can greatly expedite your service and possibly save you money and/or time.
• All customers are required to provide a copy of their sales receipt whether the purchase was made directly from Digital Aquatics or from an Authorized Dealer. Any time a copy of the receipt can not be provided the system is considered “out of warranty.”
• Customers requesting warranty service must acquire an RMA number before sending/shipping anything to Digital Aquatics.
