PC4 power issues on CH1

Postby rudij » Thu Aug 21, 2014 12:25 pm

Having issues all of a sudden with my PC4. The unit is only a week or so old and was working find up until Aug 19th. Now it has a Green Status LED and CH1 will not turn off the Status LED when it triggers off. I have to go into the settings manually set it off and then power cycle the system for it to turn CH1 off. Then I can set CH1 back to auto and the device will work again. For one evening at least.

I have performed a reset to factory defaults when I first started having the issue. Status LED on the PC4 stayed green at that time. This is was alerted me to the fact I could get CH1 to work again.

Any suggestions on how I could get this to work with out having to deal with it every day?

Current setup on the PC4

CH1 - T5 light (2 tubes Not VHO)
CH2 - T5 light (other half of the 4 tube fixture)
CH3 - Blue night LEDs from the T5 fixture
CH4 - fogger

PC4 reports 0.4 amps when CH1/2 are powered on and the system is working
